MacMillan leaves Bohemian to open company

Stu MacMillan, Bohemian Cos.’ first director of real estate, is leaving to go back out on his own with MacMillan Development.
But the longtime Fort Collins developer won’t stray far from the project near and dear to his heart: a downtown hotel.
Bohemian plans to hire MacMillan to continue work on the downtown hotel project that will be built on Bohemian’s land at the corner of Walnut Street and Mountain Avenue. The hotel won approval from the Fort Collins Planning and Zoning board last week.
